Research area(s):

Dr. Bucholz is a psychiatric genetic epidemiologist who has conducted research on psychiatric disorders, including substance use disorders, in community and clinical samples for over 20 years. Her interests are in the development and course of SUDs and comorbid phenotypes, including the influence that genes and environment play in this unfolding, and in the classification of SUDs.
